I can’t even explain the wonderful experience I had staying at the Westin Nashville. I came for my 25th birthday this past weekend and they were so generous to upgrade me to a SUITE because of it! Also brought me a bottle of wine and snacks. EVERYONE was so sweet and attentive from the people at the check in desks to the valet service (shout out to Mike!!) the room itself/view was gorgeous and so clean. I really can’t imagine staying at any other hotel. Thank you for making my first time in Nashville a great one!
My husband and I stayed because of a RE/MAX convention being held in the building. Room cost almost $500 for 1 night- it wasn't clean, black out curtains didn't close entirely, house keeping knocked on the door at 8am until we answered..... At check out they billed us for 2 minibar items that were not even in our room & $35 for valet (even thru it's the ONLY available parking). Amazing Roof Deck & Westin is Very Dog Friendly!!
I stayed at this hotel this past weekend because of our group for the Game of Thrones convention. Honestly found the hotel to be not worth the nightly fee. Our shower head fell off when we touched it. And it took a very long time to get the water not scolding hot. They treated the rest of our friends very poorly. About to have our 1st stay here on a recommendation of a good friend...on new years eve too, then we are staying to watch Bama beat Clemson.... so refreshing to read all of the exceptional comments on the excellence in performance by the staff at Westin Nashville - being from Huntsville, we typically look for places such as these and are very much looking forward to our time come true......the gorgeous rooftop party looks inviting!!!
