Horrible environment for those of us who travel a lot and work in hotel rooms. This desk is a joke and needs replaced with a real workstation. Unfortunate, because everything else is excellent. Only stay here if you are _not_ planning to work. UPDATE: Hotel gets even worse as you stay. Lots of money thrown away on the worst hotel experience of 2016, and that's after staying at five different hotels in the last month alone.
What an amazing hotel! The views are spectacular and the location is great. Walking distance to everything. The staff was top-notch and the spa was incredible!!
The story is to long for facebook ( read other review sites) Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

The Westin served as the venue and handled the lodging for our Daughter’s wedding. This special event could not have been any better! Management and staff are top notch and delivered first class service!!! Incredibly attentive and made all of our guests feel welcome. We are beyond pleased and highly recommend The Westin Nashville for your event! You will not be disappointed!
