I thought the room was nice but there wasn’t any notice how the hotel was going to charge me $40 a day to park my car. If there had been a sign or to tell me when I checked in that they were going to be charging me that much I would have parked somewhere else. I did get a good deal through Hotwire but my room was right next to an elevator and was very noisy. Also the rooftop bar is a very pretentious place. Love the new Westin with rooftop lounge, pool and perfect view of the city. Rodan + Fields 10 year anniversary celebration. I’ll definitely go back.
I stayed at this hotel for a work conference and I was really excited because I felt this was a high end hotel. I was surprised at how cheap the towels were and how awful the pillows were. The bathroom toiletries were cheap as well. Having stayed at many Marriott properties before, some very upscale, I was disappointed. I was also disappointed after check out when the hotel messed up the reservation and didn’t send me the folio until I made 4 extremely unhelpful and frustrating calls to customer service/ front desk. Great location. Nice hotel. Pools could be better.
Over rated and over priced. L27 pool closed half the week. Hairdryer in room set fire to my hair. Their response? We will send you up a new hairdryer! Bar tab closed out while I was still there, 18% gratuity added without my consent. Will never stay here again. Renaissance much better.
This hotel is amazing!! From the time we entered, until the time we left - the service was 5 star. Travelled with a 3 month old and it was perfect- they had a great crib ready and waiting in our room. Walking distance to everything you would need to do in Nashville! Oak Steakhouse (restaurant in the hotel) is the best meal we've had all year! Can't recommend enough!
BE WARNED....check your credit card statement after you checkout!!! Westin Nashville is a beautiful hotel and our stay was great. However, the day after I arrived home my cc was charged $1932.53 even though I was informed at check in that my room was paid in FULL and my cc was only being swiped for incidentals (which we had ZERO). Even at check out I was NOT informed of any additional charges. I've been on the phone for two days trying to resolve this issue without any success.
