Made reservations at this hotel because I wanted someplace special to stay with my girlfriend on our return trip from Mexico so I booked to stay here. Arrived and the front desk clerk advised our room was not ready, even though it was after 3pm. He went ahead and charged my credit card. After an hour of waiting and no phone call , I went back to the front desk and advised our room was ready, the clerk advised that the card had not been corrected, I advised it was approved and I already did that. The big event was at the new Westin Downtown. Beautiful Hotel. The food was very very good. Staff was very accommodating.

I recently stayed at the hotel and was not happy to see that they charged me 100.00 per day for incidentals which I did not use any. I was told that by the end of the week my account would be credited as they were like a security deposit - which I was not told when I checked in and also did not print on my receipt when I checked out. A week later and they still have not reversed the 400.00 they charged me for these incidentals. I feel this us illegal. I paid a daily room charge plus over 40.00 a day for parking! Not happy
This unique one of a kind property is a highlight in Nashville! Definitley one of the high points of the trip. And so perfectly situated near all the music and restaurants. You will not be disappointed
The hotel was beautiful. Parking was crazy but I had a wonderful time
Was going to rent a car for a week until I heard they charge 38.00 per day to park!! Ridiculous!! Nashville itself is just very expensive
Absolutely breathtaking views of our magnificent city of NASHVILLE, TN! L-27 is one of my favorite places to go! The hotel is beautiful, workers are professional, polite and extremely kind! Please go & soon!
