This experience was disappointing. The staff, especially the L27 staff, were rude to the point of being nasty to both myself and many members of very large group (over 40 rooms at 350+ a night) that I was a part of. I do not mind paying the amount of money we paid for a weekend when I am treated well, but this was unacceptable and I, nor many members of our group will be staying there again.

This morning I received an email from the hotel we stayed at in Nashville, The Westin. At the end, they asked me to share my experience. Knowing the power of reviews, I do I feel like this is an important aspect, especially in the travel and accommodations industry. I would highly recommend staying there if you ever go Nashville. A friend that was with our group last month was offered a refund after she voiced some complaints about the housekeeping. The refunded the money but yesterday they TOOK IT BACK. No warning, no explanation, they just cleared out her account. Just to be clear, THEY offered HER a refund and out of the blue took it back. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
We had to ask the front desk several times for just about everything - to have our room cleaned, for clean towels, for batteries for the remote, for tissues and toilet paper. The rooms are nice, but the service was poor.

We loved our stay at the Westin Nashville. Beautiful hotel with a perfect location. Rooms were so comfortable and staff very accommodating. Tommy in valet started off our stay perfectly. Very welcoming and helpful. We will be back!
