This place was a blast to stay at! I went with a group of 7 others to celebrate my bachelor party and we had a great time. The pool and L27 were great! Highly recommended.

The service was good. The rooms are nice. The rooftop bar and area is very nice. The overall look is great. My only complaints would be that both pools are cold. The indoor one should at least be heated. I did not enjoy the pools. Also there is a lot of banging going on in the building like maybe there was construction inside. There was lots of noise outside with construction and the train that would keep me awake.

I was overcharged $1,250.00 for a three night stay. After many many many calls and conversations I was told I was going to be refunded. They refunded 780.00. I am continuing to fight this charge as they have stolen almost $500. I am not one to squabble over a couple of dollars but the charges were multiple and getting anyone to talk to about the situation is nearly impossible. Do not stay here unless you pay with cash because if you use a card you will be in for a 3-4 month fight.

The hotel was very nice and was walking distance for all the events we were attending downtown. However, our room reeked of Clorox and a large patch of carpet near the bed was soaking wet. We let the front desk know about it and they offered to switch our room or have housekeeping come by & take a look at it. I opted for the latter since we would be gone for several hours anyway. When we returned, the floor was dry and the room smelled much better. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

I have been fortunate to be able to travel quite a bit of late, and I just have to take a moment to post that the Westin Nashville was one of my most favorite properties to stay in! I can't say enough about this fabulous hotel: perfect location walking distance to many great Nashville attractions; luxurious room with "heavenly" beds, fabulous bathroom and great city view; great amenities especially the amazing roof top pool! I would highly recommend this place! Came here for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. The staff were all very friendly, especially Mollie at the front desk who checked us in! Marcia Hernandez cleaned our room while we were out and did an awesome job! We also had a great morning at the spa, and the staff were all awesome there as well! The rooftop pool was great! I feel like for the location and accommodations it was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again!
