Didn't stay in a room but the roof top was amazing
I loved it!! Gorgeous room. And the shower OMG the shower lol. GREAT time. VALET had my car ready before i could get downstairs. where is the frige n microwave tho? Lol. Its a great BEAUTIFUL hotel. I REALLY enjoyED
The hotel was very clean and modern. The big draw in the summertime is the rooftop pool/bar-but beware, very few lounge chairs and very slippery pool deck and small pool. Also, be prepared for many bachelorette parties up there and heavy drinking- not really appropriate for young children. Good location, and most of the staff were friendly. We paid extra for a city view and we overlooked the railroad tracks and parking lots, not happy about that.
I stayed at the Westin Nashville for the CMAs. Overall the hotel was great until an item was clearly taken from my room. One would think that at a hotel which was quite costly you would be able to leave items in your room without worrying about them going missing. As soon as a realized and item was missing, I informed the reception and completed an incident report. My three friends and I stayed here for three nights in last week. I wanted to just say what a splendid person you have who works there. We arrived early and the person at the registration desk named Daniel was so helpful in arranging for us to get two rooms side by side. He was polite, friendly and did what he said he would do. On another occasion he helped me with checking out and I have to say I could not have asked for anyone to have been nicer. The hotel itself was very nice.
