Absolutely beautiful hotel. Everywhere you look there are new details to discover. The service was efficient and professional, with a noticeable helping of Southern hospitality. The proximity to an endless supply of great music venues and restaurants made it easy to explore the city and all it has to offer, which was much more than I could fit into one trip. Clearly, I'll have to go back. Highly recommended.
I was not Treated fairly by the staff of this hotel. Worst experience ever
Stayed here a few weeks ago, had a fantastic time. Loved the whole Lobby area, Bar was set up to the right, nice open feel. Had breakfast in the Bar / restaurant area every morning, exceptional. Loved the full wall video screen, country music showing all day. Hotel is new so obviously everything was new and immaculate. Had the opportunity to attend a concert on the Roof, fantastic setup and fantastic views. I think it will take me years to sample all their whiskeys up there. Will definitely be back. Frank M.
Beautiful hotel! Very Pricey! For the price you pay, the staff is truly lacking in customer service. The bartenders at the rooftop were also extremely rude!

We had to find a hotel last minute for a driving trip from Orlando to Chicago. We saw this place online and decided to book it. We ended up running super late and didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. The staff at the hotel was great, the check in process was fast and easy, and the rooms were great. We would definitely stay here again. This was the best hotel staff that we have ever encountered, and we do our fair share of traveling. Sure, the place is amazing. An architectural beauty, but it's the people that always make the difference and that's why the Nashville Westin is impressive. The views don't hurt either. @L27RooftopBar is awe inspiring. Go, stay, enjoy and I'm certain, even the curmudgeons among you will find a reason to smile.
Worst Westin I have ever stayed in, can not fathom this being a $300+/night hotel. For a brand new hotel, the rooms feel dated and the decor is horrid. Walls way too thin, can hear conversations and random drilling at all hours. Construction zone outside at the JW Marriott should have been disclosed--at least provide some complementary ear plugs for those of us who don't want to be awaken at 6am.
