THIS PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL. CAN'T WAIT TO TRY OUT THE BED. LOL VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND WHEN YOU CHECK IN THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL STAFF. COULDN'T SAY ANYTHING THAT IS WRONG WITH THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL. GOOD NIGHT
Beautiful hotel. The train whistle is borderline torture. Bring ear plugs the whistle blows all night. Poorly trained front desk/check in staff. They couldn't figure out how to get my SPG Keyless to work for my room. Maids were excellent. Very clean. Room service delivery was prompt and food was hot when delivered.
