Stayed there when in town for a trade show, the staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The rooms were very clean as you would expect from the Westin group. Really liked the room card key operated elevator creating a feeling of security.
Beautiful hotel/venue. The food is delicious. The staff/waiters very professional.
Nice location walking distance to shops and the hussle and bussle of Nashville. Next to a construction site, so get ready to be woken up early by all the noise.
We stayed at the Westin in downtown Nashville last night. We thought it was beautiful! We were on the 25th floor. The room was lovely. Missed an in room safe, though. Had a late night snack and drinks on the 27 floor. Views and bands were awesome ....Food and drinks very good too! We missed breakfast on Saturday morning because it is only served until 9:30 in the executive lounge...Perhaps that could be extended. Construction was not an issue. Used the exercise room - top notch! Would definitely recommend!
Extremely nice hotel. Every aspect of the facility is magnificent. L27 is breathtaking. Absolutely loved it�!

Very rude, no hospitality, you call the front desk for a simple question, and no answer!
