This hotel is magnificent. We came to Visit the rooftop bar L27. I must say The lobby of this hotel is beautiful and so well designed. The rooftop bar is stunning. Views like no other and decor straight out of a movie. It's a little on the midrange to high on price but it was girls night out so I was fine with it. I will definitely go back here again in the summer to sit outside and bask in the sun because the outside space is awesome.

I had a great time. Every staff member I encountered was superb. Especially Thomas, who I think is the manager of the valet service. He made what could have been very stressful situation much better. Hope to come back again.

Amazing hotel. Great location. We coyld walj to all the bars and restaurants. Staff was very nice. The appetizers and breakfast in the club were great. Wish the rooftop pool was 18 and over since our 19 year old was with us, but it was beutiful. Big room, awesome shower, great view of the city. The hotel itself was beutiful. Didn't care for the $130 hold on our card and park next door for parking half the price!!!
Gorgeous!! Love the lobby areas wth Art Deco seating and lighting. Entertainment was great in the lobby/bar area. Love the Private Executive Club's nighttime views! The Rooftop Dining and pool is very unique! Staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. Location is great! Highly recommend.
DO NOT STAY AT THE WESTIN NASHVILLE. Had problems with our bed last night and when I contacted the desk to try and get things resolved, my concern was met with a very condescending attitude. It was as if my concern was not legitimate and I should just deal with it. In addition to the bed issues there was also a strange stain on one of the sheets. At check out, I gave the manager a chance to do the right thing and he chose poorly. My only recourse is to write this review. There are a lot of hotels in Nashville to choose from ... read more
