Booked through a discount site and Westin still respected my SPG Gold status and upgraded us to a club room on the 21st floor. Definitely would stay here again. The hotel is beautiful and I am excited to visit again when the rooftop bar and pool is opened.
I wouldn’t waste my money staying here. The rooms are overpriced for what you actually receive and the sole reason we stayed with Westin for this trip was access to the rooftop pool; which was closed for a private event. The staff (except housekeeping) was not friendly and no one on the staff cared enough about to make any kind of consolation. I advise anyone who travels to Nashville for either business or pleasure to not waste your time money at the Nashville Westin as we will be staying at the Hilton from now on.
I didn’t stay here but booked the best day ever spa package for a little “staycation” and boy am I glad I did!!! It was a heavenly day of pampering, highly recommend! Many thanks to Belle, Joy, and Robin for the incredible massage, facial, and mani/pedi—I didn’t want to leave! Ps, parking was free when validated at the spa; between that and the bottomless mimosas you can’t go wrong!
Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights March 2018. We had 2 adults yet nothing in the room to accommodate 2 adults. We were given dirty towels and when they brought up clean towels most of them had a yellow tint. 2 items in the room were broken. We called about it but nothing happened until we went down to the desk. No apologies were given and when people came to the room they didn't bring the right items and had to come back 3 times. We always stay at Westin or W Hotels when we travel, and this property did not disappoint. Excellent customer service from the valet all the way up to the rooftop bar, and the entire place is beautiful. I highly recommend!

Great customer service - probably the best I’ve ever had in the near 40 years I’ve been visiting the USA.
My girlfriend surprised me with a hotel ($300 for 1 night), for the 4th of July so that we could have a relaxing evening on the roof top pool and have an amazing view. After we checked in, paid $40 for valet parking and made our way to the elevator we noticed a sign stating "rooftop pool closed at 5pm for a private/ticketed party." When she booked the hotel there was NO option for a roof top pool party nor were we made aware of it (online or at checkin).
