We had a problem with our reservation, the hotel manager went out of his way to make things right. The hotel is beautiful and close to everything. Could not have been happier with our stay.
Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay even the “flat tire” we woke up to in the parking garage. Thomas Lynch, Account Manager for Laz was working the valet that morning and went above and beyond his duty and didn’t leave our side during the entire process. He is an outstanding individual and because of him, The Westin will always get our business when visiting Nashville! Thank you for being so kind to us and helping us enjoy our long weekend!
This hotel was wonderful. They had comfortable beds and the room was exceptionally clean. All employees were extremely friendly!
