Brilliant staff, great, tasteful, Nashville-themed decor in rooms. I'll be back.

Very noisy. Could hear the band and bass from the cannery inside our corner room on the 15th floor.. made it tough to get to sleep, but very nice room. They have some bugs to work out, but would probably stay again..will be better when all the construction in the immediate aera is finished!

Great staff and nice hotel but it was unacceptably noisy in my room. Train noise kept me awake and construction noise loud enough that people on the other end of phone calls were asking what’s all the commotion in the background. Bad first night experience. Unacceptable for the cost.

Great location, across the street from the Convention Center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable beds, and a bathroom is large with a huge shower (no tub in our room). The complimentary breakfast is great!

L27 rooftop, Nice view that it! food and drinks so bad..cheap wines...nasty customer service...poor quality ingredients...and ridiculously expensive!!!!!!!! 1 hour waiting for our food..and no matter what even if you complaint about drinks ....bartenders are so arrogant! we spend over $400 for nothing! my only explanation RACISM!

Lacking in housekeeping. Have to ask for room to be cleaned most days. Stayed 5 nights. Farthest hotel from Broadway. Many others closer. Won’t stay again.

The L27 Rooftop bar was awful! Nice view and good for pictures. My friend ordered a top shelf tequila/soda and it was $50!!! Wth? Why wouldn’t a bartender just double check with a patron to make sure they want to pay that price? She had no idea it was that expensive but felt like she had to pay since they made the drink. We didn’t eat so I can’t comment on that. We went upstairs even higher up and there were couches up there that reeked of mildew. I would never go back there again. The actual Hotel is beautiful though:)
