My daughter had signed a lease but they proceeded to rent a unit to someone else.
Concierge realty brokers breached our contract to lease leaving my boyfriend and I in a very bad place. We sent all requested documents in a timely manner, signed the lease and let our current landlord know we will be vacating the apartment at the end of the month only to find out they had accepted another offer. Any contract is always between the seller and buyer, or landlord and tenant. Perhaps you should contact the agent who was representing you, who does not work for Concierge Realty Brokers. This company is run by a Horrible Woman named Jenny Mollina who is a dishonest thief. She represented an owner of a unit I leased & @ the end of the lease made up lies to steal my security deposit. I will be hiring an attorney to have her her licensed revoked.

Any dispute between the landlord and tenant regards a security deposit or any other matter is just between the landlord and tenant. Concierge Realty Brokers is not a party to the contract and therefore is not involved, or in this case, not even aware of any disputes between you and Jenny Molina.
