Olivia and her team looked after my rental property for four years, until I moved back recently. This was done absolutely professionally and in a friendly way I particularly appreciated whenever regulations changed as RF&O would send a reminder and what was expected of me as a landlady. I never had to think of anything, they steered me through everything in a smooth way. I'd happily recommend them!

We had an appointment to view a property on Long Meadow road alfreton last Friday at 11.30am, confirmed by email, waited till 11.40am tried to phone them no dialing sound at all, so tried to email them on their email address which was returned as no email address found, this was off their Web site, eventually someone answered the phone they had no record in their diary about this viewing and we had travelled from Mansfield, they apologised and said would be around in 5 min.
