Undoubtedly the best optician I have used. The staff I have come into contact with are always knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. They have a great range of frames too and are very helpful with the process of choosing a new frame…show a real interest in your decision-making without being at all pushy.

I have used Reynolds and Slater for a few years now having moved from one of the high street national brand stores. Apart from my eyesight needs, I need for help managing a dry eye condition. Marcus Slater is a massive help in this context.The help is immediate and effective (as opposed to NHS which is non existent if you want prompt help).
