What a fabulous experience. From browsing their store to efficient delivery I can't fault their service. I hate shopping for furniture. Whenever you go into a 'big name' store you're mobbed by sales people instantly and stalked as you try to browse. It's not like that at Reynolds. The whole experience with this Family firm was amazing. We replaced out carpet with Karndean . From the quote, to the temp removal of the furniture , floor screed to laying of panels , we were extremely well looked after .Fabulous finish. Lovely people.
Having spent nearly £9000 with what we thought was a good established family company. How wrong was we it’s like we purchased secondhand , problems with nearly everything we purchased and still have an outstanding problem with one item . Very poor customer service and will not be recommending at this point .
