Jason has been fantastic. I’ve had a hamstring & glute issue for months, whilst training for an Ironman. He’s really sorted it out. Very professional, knowledgeable & helpful. Very firm! If required. A nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

Excellent - Jason was in contact not long after booking to confirm all details. The massage itself was fantastic, he's very much led by you and your pain threshold etc. Will be using again in the future. Made suggestions to improve soreness throughout the massage, suggesting exercises to help reduce future issues at the end. Fantastic service.
I booked a massage for a shoulder injury with Jason and its really helped me. The service was very efficient and professional and great advice about maintenance. I highly recommend Jason. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be back and will be recommending the service to my friends and family.
