I cannot recommend this highly enough . The walk I attended at this beautiful venue was beneficial in every possible way, from making and maintaining business contacts in the area, through to the sheer pleasure of being out in gorgeous countryside breathing fresh air in the company of like-minded people. I couldn't recommend highly enough. I've been with Henry for 10 years plus and couldn't think of anybody better to maintain, and increase fitness from both a physical and mental side. A great guy tooo - aswell as a real expert in his field

Henry is one of those people that continues to deliver in a uplifting manner and full of positivity. He was recently so so kind to provide my company with various pieces of literature and videos on mental and physical wellbeing which was not only gratefully received but was so informative in a way we could all understand. He is full of Knowledge and strategies to help everyone in work or life. Looking forward to catching another Netwalking event soon. Thanks again :-)

Henry runs a very effective and informative day! The morning waking session was a good way to meet everyone. I learned a lot from the afternoon presentations. Plus the stretching and bending all helped my back and legs. Altogether a great day in a fab location.
