Rich did a top job of replacing my rotten and rattly old windows with beautiful new timber sashes. From his initial survey visit, right through to applying the final coat of paint, Rich was thorough and professional, working quickly and carefully to deliver exactly what I was after. Would highly recommend!
Rich did an outstanding job at restoring 3 sash windows. This included replacing some of the panes of glass and repairing areas of rot, as well as draft-proofing. An excellent craftsman who really takes care in his work to ensure an excellent finish. Very clean and tidy taking care to dust proof all other items in the room.
Richard was able to help fix a problem with my sash windows not closing. He came over the same day and fixed the problem within 5 minutes free of charge! Thank you Richard!
