Had 5 session with laura at Chatham and I got to say the service was brilliant. I have suffered with small injuries and day to day aches for a long time. I felt the difference just after 1 session, for me now I no I just need 1 every couple of weeks to maintain a steady recovery. A big thank you to Revitalize
I came in to see Lauren with a pain in my shoulder that was really affecting me playing basketball. She quickly diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what I needed to do to ease it. I’ve been following a programme of home exercises she gave me which has made a massive difference, and the pain has reduced dramatically. Couldn’t recommend Lauren and the Revitalize team enough!
