If I could give less than one star I would. Having used other cold calling / marketing companies I have a very fair and realistic view on what to expect. This service has been horrendous. Mike the owner, clearly only has one view to get new clients. There is no follow up, account management or any actual results. We paid for a service in good faith. Disappointing lead gen service, 2 leads produced after chasing them several times for updates over the past 7 months. I sense the owner Mike doesn't not care about customer experience. They see to pass the buck on responsibility and the final straw was a cancellation on a review call set for today . . I asked for a refund on the deal package as stated in the terms . . I feel there will be twist and turns in that request too. Its a shame as if the lead gen service worked, I would have been using them very regularly.
