I was very impressed with the flow of how everything went from the minute I walked in until I walked out. To say that this is the most professional and organzied doctor appointment I have had in the past 3 years is an understatement. Very impressed and will make this my permenate dermatologist in Austin.
This wasn't a routine exam, however they got me in the same day and Dr. Richardson was very focused on me and my issue and discussed different treatments thoroughly.
