Dr. Richardson has the best bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable and confident in her knowledge and ability. She explained my procedure in terms I could understand. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and supportive. I highly recommend this provider!
Dr. Richardson was very kind, she explained procedures in detail before doing them, she also made an effort to explain expenses before going through with a procedure just to make sure there were no surprises. I was very pleased with the overall experience. The whole office was very clean and relaxing. It felt more like a spa than a doctors office. The staff was extremely nice as well.
She seemed to know what my problem was and took care of it.

Dr. Richardson and her staff are awesome! They are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Richardson took her time and addressed all of my concerns. They were short-handed but I couldn't tell. Dr. Richardson treated me like I was her only patient. Her nurse Amanda was so sweet as was the front office staff.
Dr. Richardson is the living example of wonderful doctor / patient relationships. The office staff was extra courteous and helpful as well. Everyone was just so pleasant!
