Great -- very efficient -- exam & all concerns were handled quickly
The wait was really for the pre-surgery numbing injection. The appointment was on time. Doctor & staff are all so nice & accommodating. They make you feel comfortable.

Everyone treated me very well and friendly. I was convinced they really cared about my health and did not see me as a number. The doctor is so easy to talk to and shows genuine concern for the best treatment and care for the patient .
The doctor told me matter of factly that I had psoriasis. She didn't mention it was an auto immune disease or tell me much about it. She was in and she was out. As a patient I felt unimportant, uncared for and was left with a lot of questions. When the doctor and assistant left my exam room to get my steroid spray and samples I had thought of some questions to ask her when they returned, but only the assistant returned to hand me my items and tell me where to check out. Everyone there is extremely friendly and so helpful. Dr. Richardson is one of the nicest, genuine and she really made me feel good about my experience there along with all of the office staff. I highly recommend Westgate Skin & Cancer to everyone I know.
I was impressed. Very professional and personal attention to why I was seeing the dermatologist. Up front with the cost of my issues. Then it was my choice of what I wanted to do. Did not take long at all and I will be back again. Thank Ya'll
