i felt like i was in good hands from the begining. i was a few minutes late for my first appointment and the receptionist took the time to help me fill out the medical history papers. amanda was very caring to my needs showing genuine concern about my comfort. dr. richardson listened carefully to my concerns and explained options regarding insurance and long vs. short term solutions. she is also about the prettiest doctor i've ever had.
The office waiting area was clean, comfortable and accommodating . I notice that attention to good detail was planned and I appreciate that experience. I also like the fact the Dr. has a assistant taking notes during the interview this helps to keep the office check-up focused on the Dr. patient review.

Amazing!!! All the doctor's staff was very friendly, positive and upbeat! The lobby furniture was very comforting, complementary beverages and snacks. The restroom where very clean! Dr. Richards is not only highly qualified and trained, but her bedside manner was one of the best experiences I have ever encountered. I left feeling like she answered all my questions educated me thoroughly on any questions I might have in the future!
