Dr. Reeves was excellent. Her exceptional clinical skills and bedside manner made me feel safe and that I would be well taken care of. Having worked in healthcare it is often hard to let go of control. Dr. Reeves’ warm bedside manner made me feel safe, and that I could simply be her patient. Her staff is well trained and reflect her warmth, competency and compassion. They worked as a team to help me seamlessly navigate the process from the initial pre-procedure encounter to placing me safely in my vehicle.
Dr. Reeves, was courteous and told the procedure to be done. As for the procedure, all went well, "Y'all know I was sleeping! Lol! I GOD awaken me, I didn't have any polyps, no bleeding,no leakage where someone could have made a snipping incident. Thank you Dr. Reeves for a first experience of a colonoscopy. I was afraid to take one.
I saw Dr. Reeves for a routine colonoscopy. She and her staff were very professional yet very calming and reassuring. Dr. Reeves and her nurse were great about explaining exactly what was happening calming any anxious thoughts. The facility itself was very clean and well staffed and well run.

She has been my doctor for a very long time. I trust her 110%. She is not in a rush and explains everything and answers any questions that I may have!
