Dr. Reeves-Darby is very caring in that she talks with you before and after the procedure to ensure that you are aware of what she will be doing during the process and once in the recovery room she explain the results of the procedure. Upon discharge her nursing staff repeats the information to be sure that you were able to comprehend all that transpired. They are a great team.
Excellent bedside manners and really listens to her patients concerns.
This was my 2nd visit with Dr. Reeves. I received a colonoscopy. The procedure was faster than I expected. Surprisingly, it didn't reveal anything. But I continue to have very painful abdominal issues that seem to get worse at times. I need to find out why I'm having this excruciating pain. It brings me to tears at times. Dr. Vonda Reeves is excellent. I have had over a dozen colonoscopies and all by Dr. Reeves. She is an excellent listener and explains everything and answers any and all questions and is really compassionate and gives a lot of encouragement. She is a genuine Angel.
I had my “dreaded” colonoscopy; which actually wasn’t bad at all. Dr. Reeves & staff were personable, knowledgeable, reassuring and gentle. Dr. Reeves leaned in & respectfully shared concerns about my obesity, her approach was heartfelt and positively received! I recently had a colonoscopy performed by Dr. Reeves. My procedure and recovery went well, and I was released to go home within 3-4 hours. I plan to see her for my next colonoscopy in a few years, and I highly recommend Dr. Reeves for any gastropic procedures.
