I went to Dr. Reeves for a colonoscopy. Dr. Reeves was very compassionate and took time to inform me of the procedure. I noticed she was very patient and answered every question I had. After the procedure was done she followed up to inform me of my results and to ensure me that everything was okay. From start to finish my experience was great. I requested Dr. Reeves-Darby because I witnessed her interaction with a family member. Initially staff was professional, they knew how to explain everything, and answered all my questions. Namely, Ms. Erica, was very helpful, kind and friendly. I could tell she was genuine.
