Very enlightening. Very honest and most of all caring.
I went to Dr. Reeves for a colonoscopy. Dr. Reeves was very compassionate and took time to inform me of the procedure. I noticed she was very patient and answered every question I had. After the procedure was done she followed up to inform me of my results and to ensure me that everything was okay. From start to finish my experience was great. I requested Dr. Reeves-Darby because I witnessed her interaction with a family member. Initially staff was professional, they knew how to explain everything, and answered all my questions. Namely, Ms. Erica, was very helpful, kind and friendly. I could tell she was genuine. Dr. Reeves is professional and caring. She and her staff made me feel at ease before and after my procedure. She discovered that I had a lesion on my liver. I am so grateful for her. I have recommended her to my friends and family
I was greeted by the receptionist and once I was taken back for procedure Dr. Reeves made me feel very at ease and comfortable. I think she has the most spectacular bedside manner and she has a very warm and inviting personality that it makes you forget all about the procedure.??
Excellent service and staff was the same. Dr. Reeves-Darby was excellent as well and very concerned about my general health!!!
