Top notch service and a well deserved 5 stars I have only had one session and it has worked wonders. Walked in with chronic knee pain which was ongoing for 3 years plus and after one Revamp MOT session with Kris, I have walked out with hardly any pain at all. Kris is nothing short of a wizard. After having seen another physio who didn’t manage to help previously, I turned up with some damage to my rotator cuff that’s been bothering me for 6 months. Kris worked his soft tissue magic and sent me off on my surfing holiday with some simple exercises to help. Holiday was a success. Mobility is the best it’s been for 6 months and my discomfort has reduced significantly! Excellent service 👌
