Verified Renter My wife and I have really enjoyed living here. The amenities are plentiful but not overdone and pointlessly adding to the cost of living here. The maintenance staff are professional and fix any issues in a timely manner which is also seen in the office staff's great service and friendly demeanor. The management is quick to alert residents to any and all events they throw or issues the complex has. I'll be sad to move and leave here

Verified Renter Quiet with lots of grass areas for kids to play on. Walking paths are away from the parking areas. Dog park is great. Maintenance helps with all my needs. We’ve enjoyed living here!

Don't Do it! I lived here from March 2023 to March 2024 & chose to break my Lease 3 months early because I was left no choice. I always paid my rent BEFORE TIME. I am a retired Veteran so timeliness is very important to me. I tried repeatedly to work with Erin & then she left in January. Then I tried to work with the new management and ultimately the 2 of them worked together to NOT solve the problem(IMO). Verified Renter It's a quiet little community. Haven't had any problems really, and seems they fixed most of the light issues. Still a slight problem of people picking up after their dogs but can't really blame the office for that. I enjoy the location too, except in the mornings when 35 south always seems to be backed up and the construction doesn't help either, but again, not the communities fault
