Verified Renter Being a resident at Chelsea Park has been and is good. The apartment admin office personnel are very friendly and helpful. We are informed ahead of time whenever someone will enter our apartment or to update different areas inside and outside the apartment. We’ve enjoy the special treats…Food trucks and gatherings around the pool area as well as holidays activities for all ages. I like the way they keep us connected.

Verified Renter The rent is going up significantly, but the services aren't. There's one garbage location for the ENTIRE complex. The pool is constantly dirty. They were doing a lot of activities for the residents, but that hasn't happened in a while.

Nope,.dont do it Appliances, fixtures, AC units, all have obviously aged. Temporary fixes are the norm, expect to have to submit repair orders repeatedly for same issue. Maintenance acts as if you just don't understand how appliances, plumbing, or HVAC systems work and will "fix" every issue by telling you the issue is actually not an issue & the item in question is functioning as it should. 5 STAR APARTMENTS THE RETREAT AT CHELSEA PARK, IS JUST THAT, A RETREAT. THE BUILDINGS ARE VERY NICE ALONG WITH THE APARTMENTS. THERE IS A POOL ARE WITH A VERY NICE PATIO AND ALSO AREAS WHERE YOU CAN BBQ. THERE IS A DOG PARK FOR ALL THE DOGGIES TO DO PLAY. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY, ALONG WITH MAINTENANCE WHO ARE VERY GOOD AT FIXING WHATEVER NEEDS FIXING IN A TIMELY MANNER. IT IS LOCATED 5 MINUTES FROM A MAJOR OUTDOOR SHOPPING MALL.
