Verified Renter It's a nice property and the staff is really friendly. They do a fairly good job making sure the grounds are clean and amenities can be used. The only thing I could complain about is that I've lived here for almost a year, and I wish they would pressure wash the breezeways. There are so many webs and dead bugs it just seems it hasn't been done in awhile and seems funny since everything is mostly taken care of. Verified Renter We recently moved in but since then we have had a great experience! The front office staff are very nice and helpful, the apartment itself was in great condition minus a few little things which we put a work order in for. Our only little complaints are the stairwells going up to the apartments are very dirty and covered in bird poop, they could use a little power wash. But overall we are really loving our spacious apartment and the wonderful community for the price we pay here.

The fact that we are literally less than 5 minutes from H-E-B is a huge perk! We also love how quiet it is here and how incredible the staff is! They are always so friendly. We loved it so much we renewed our lease for a second year!
