Completely biased towards the company’s side.
Waste of time. Go straight to court. They said they read through the evidence submitted by both parties thoroughly before making a decision. IKEA didn't submit any evidence, they just sent a response admitting guilt and a goodwill gesture. Retail ADR still judged in their favour. Scam designed to make you think you can't win in court and to drag it out as long as possible. Go straight to small claims court and I garauntee you'll win if you have the evidence.
