I was really worried when I started at RXD that I wasn't in good enough shape to even start a program like they have. I was worried that I wouldn't fit in at an established gym. Boy was I wrong!!! The trainers were there every step of the way with encouragement and the people who work out there have become like family. Always encouraging and rooting each other on to do their best! I have been working out at different gyms since I was 18. No I will not tell you how long ago that was, but I will tell you, this is by far the best gym I have ever been to. I have seen more results and have learned to eat better since I joined September 2016. The coaches are so encouraging and work with each person individually. Thanks RXD!
The staff is awesome!!!! I love the both the classes and the personal training sessions. The staff helps push me to continue to challenge myself to get the most out of my workouts!!!!
This place is absolutely changing my body, I'm on pace to hit all of my fitness goals thanks to the wonderful coaches. Love the people and the atmosphere.
