The environment is upbeat and positive. The trainers take a genuine interest in their clients and encourage them to push beyond their perceived limitations. Every month the workouts are changed up so that we never get bored or find ourselves in a rut. There are people of all ability levels. The coaching is excellent and it is great to be with others who share a similar desire to take care of the body God entrusted us with.
Great people. Great workout. Not only have my husband and I I lost weight, but this group has taught us how to eat right, exercise and enjoy it. Since we have started working out at RXD we feel better and have so much more energy. The employees here are the absolute best and so knowledgeable ad friendly.
Totally love this place!!! I am becoming a new woman!! Love what working out here has done for my body!! The staff really do care, even remembered my name after my first visit!!! They encourage life style changes. You really do get great results from RXD!!
Brian and I love everything about Results by Design. The workouts are challenging as well as fun. You will find yourself looking forward to the workouts. Matt, Scott, Josh and Sarah are extremely supportive and ready to take each client to the next level. We highly recommend Results by Design to anybody ready for a transformation.
