I really enjoy this gym. You feel great just walking through the doors, you are greeted by staff members that know your name and truly care about getting to know you. They have been beyond helpful in helping me understand my workouts and nutrition to go along with a healthier lifestyle. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!
My husband and I joined RXD in June 2017 and have loved every day of it. The coaches truly want to help you succeed and see you be the strongest and healthiest version of yourself.
