I love this gym, but fair warning, if you give it a try you will never want to go anywhere else. the coaches are phenomenal the people are fun and it is an all around good place. but the best part is the results you will see in yourself.
Results By Design came highly recommended by two very good friends of mine. I was recovering from shoulder surgery and frustrated with my lack of strength and continued pain. Over the past year I had lost alot of muscle tone, balance and flexibility. My first class was on Thanksgiving and I was nervous and didn't know what to expect. I love my gym, but more importantly I love the people, a community that truly lifts each other up. The coaches are always accessible, very knowledgeable and caring for your overall wellness. It’s awesome to walk in after a hard’s day work and be greeted by a crew of wonderful, positive people! I’m 42 now and have always been an athlete. I can honestly say I’m stronger, have better balance, and more flexibility than ever before. Not going anywhere else, found my niche!

Ever since I have joined Results By Design Fitness, I have made major food changes and in the positive direction. Everyone that works there is more like a friend than just a coach. They are so nice and positive, even if something went wrong, they look in the positive direction to steer you in. Truly an amazing place that feels like a home and a gym. Wouldn’t want to be at any other gym❤️
