I began working out at RXD 6 weeks ago at the recommendation of some friends as well as entering their current pbf team challenge and it has been great. They have been great at answering all of this rookies questions on eating and exercising properly to maximize reducing my pbf. So far. So good and I would recommend that you give them a shot. Great program and even better folks.

I absolutely love this gym. They have the best staff ever. They truly care about every person that walks through their door. In just a short time, I am seeing results. Thanks to Missy for getting me involved in the challenge. I would highly recommend this gym.

This place is amazing! They know their stuff and are so motivating! Every time you leave you feel like you can conquer the world! That is, after the soreness goes away! Lol.
