Gutted to be writing this as I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m just so saddened by the customer service. Was meant to come last weekend and never shown up, ignored 2 of my messages previously then when I messaged on the day asking if today isn’t really that convenient then what day is?… They just said they have had lots of messages to get through, I thought I’d just give them a second chance and got booked in again for this weekend 10AM.
