I am not too sure how the comment from ATI below stating they are an Industry leader. We spoke to our insurance company recently advising them ATI charge for services that were not rendered. That was just the beginning of use unraveling information that lead us to believe there were more stories than truth. Do not hire this company. They failed in all categories related to resoration of the water damage to our home including timeliness of scheduling the work, job completion, and quality of workmanship. Will encourage our insurance carrier to not recommend this vendor.
Beware. ATI was scheduled by our insurance after Hurricane *** to perform water mitigation on 4 commercial properties. 3 of the 4 temporary roofs which the Project Director stated can last for up to two years, all had leaks within days and continue to leak. Upon viewing their invoices I discovered multiple duplicate charges, inflation of labor hours, multiple days where the project manager and director billed lodging 4 X for a single day. DONT get sucked into using this company for anything but mitigation. Its been a year and Im still not back in my home. I could have built a new house in this time. Non responsive for the most part. And they send sub contractors 4 and 5 times to fix the same issues. All the while racking up huge invoices that they dont share but want payment for. ATI made an already awful experience worse.

Horrible terrible company did a haft asss job. Cost me more than what I pay for my home to fix it and then install they broken window never fixed it on to today, non of ******************** are Seal. Fraudulent notice and claim of lien after full payment made by insurance and paying deductible. Specially, ***************************** lied to me stating that this would be withdrawn after final payment made on 9/16/22. Received this notice certified mail on a Saturday 10/1/22. Notice is notarized by someone in *********. Will have to retain an attorney and contact Maricopa County AG office.
I wish I could give them a 'NO STAR' That's what the rating would be. Venturi Restoration in **********, ** is horrible to work with. I had a hot water tank to burst and flood the 1st level of my home. This company did work on my home but when I started asking too many questions, asked numerous times for a copy of the contract their estimator had me to sign when he came out to my home and did measurements for the scope of work, which I never received a copy. My boyfriend and I Call have not had a kitchen in over a year. We have tried to get a hold of them but it has proven to be few and far between. The rarely answer the phones and forget about trying to get a call back you may be waiting for months. My client used the Phoenix location to clean some rugs. We dealt with ******* I have been trying for 3 weeks to contact them about shipping another rug to my client in ******* as they shipped other rugs to the location. I have left 4 messages in week 1 and several messages in week 2 and 3. All I need is someone to call me back and give me some information.
