I have worked with multiple restoration companies, and now after having worked with ATI, they will be the first ones I call every time. Their industry has that issue that car mechanics have... when you need them, you need them, and because of that some mechanics will up their prices or sell you repairs that you don't actually need. ATI is like the mechanic with integrity that you can trust. They got the job done but were respectful of the fact that it was out of pocket for me and didn't do more than was necessary. Our insurance contacted VR Restoration to rebuild our kitchen after water damage. After waiting several weeks with no contact from them, we called our insurance company to cart them. VR Restoration said that they decided not to do the work on our kitchen. They didnt even have the courtesy to call us. I would not recommend this company at all!
Venturi Restoration out of ************, ** came to our rescue from water damage and were very prompt and professional from start to finish. They were able to complete the project of 3 rooms with new floors and wall repairs within a week. A shout out to ******************************* as the Project Manager for facilitating the restoration work!
Everything went right. We had a significant roof leak following a storm. ATI came ,assessed, and repaired our roof . We were always in the loop. We were kept informed. Everyone went out of there way to assist us. Everyone was quick to clean up and I could always call and chat if I had questions. I would certainly use them again if needed.
