Osi Oyeye at Response Physio - David Lloyd Sidcup is brilliant. I had such terrible DOMs and tightness esp in my quads and although the hour long sports massage was definitely not relaxing (!) it was worth it for the huge reduction in pain. I also had tightness in other areas I was not aware of. The release of this tightness is so important if you exercise regularly to prevent injury and to improve athletic performance.
