Terrible place. Rude and arrogant to maximum. Totally helpless. Left me without help with my ventilator alarming low flow alarm. Wouldn't let me try newer version of Nippy ventilator and let me suffer without help. Stay away from this hospital.
Waited four months from initial referral date, had one appointment cancelled then got my 1st phone appointment (not face to face) , so as it’s the NHS I guess it wasn’t too bad, it was only after I did the sleep study and waited for the results I was told they don’t treat just insomnia only sleep apnea etc! I was told I’d get a booklet on how to sleep, which never arrived. Wasted nearly 5 months to get nowhere. It would have been good if I’d been advised that if it’s just insomnia they can’t help!
