This was our third or fourth visit, and It's a lovely big casino with plenty of options slot wise. You can park more or less directly outside in the multi-storey, and the parking is validated and reduced considerably on request at the counter as you depart via the rear exit to the car park. We had a minor issue/hold up trying to get a soft drink at the bar due to pump issues, but heigh-ho, these things happen. I stayed here for my birthday and I was dragged out because I swore an antagonise by the casino people on the floor. I was also asked for id as I was I was staying at the hotel and it was my 29 birthday. I was antagonise multiple occasion to get unset by very Very unprofessional staff . Made a complaint.
