Very friendly staff, helped newbies learn the rules and stopped to let them catch up a very nice night out for £20-£40

For some shopping, eating, and cinema. Some nice men's clothing stores. Quiet during the week, can get busy at the weekend. Don't forget to get the car park ticket validated if you use any of the establishments. Very busy when concerts and NEC events are on, so need to book food places then.

Security are outrageous!! Never ever have i experienced anything like it! Whoever gives these blokes their license is delusional. We attended after calling to confirm we could use our phone for Id for the casino as we didn't plan to go out so we didn't bring our ID! Upton arrival we had a lovely bloke who accepted us and told us to come through without any issues. Until one man, pictured below may I add! Worst casino I have been in .Boring slot machines that hardly pay out . Reserved signs on a lot of machines whilst player on another machine. I'll stick to Las Vegas for my gambling!
