Don't know what's happened to the dress code in here, tracksuits shorts, I feel overdressed, the above equals the wrong crowds crying over losing 40quid, put the dress code back on please

Very rude manager and receptionist, having had a reserve card and money removed from a slot machine whilst having a meal in the casino bar. We had family from USA with us on their first visit to a Genting casino who were dismayed at the attitude of these 2 people. We are regular customers and love our visits, the staff have always been very helpful and friendly except for these 2 characters, We are so disappointed with Genting and sadly will no longer visit the casino or recommend it to anyone else
Croupiers great and valet fantastic be sure to tip and have a great night win or lose
