Appointment is quick enough but you'll be waiting weeks and weeks just for a report to be compiled and sent to your solicitor. Being "very busy" isn't an excuse. If you're so regularly busy then hire more staff.
Totally unprofessional Mr Chappel who I was dealing with was not interested in any of my evidence, every time I tried to show him something he just said (not interested) And he couldn’t wait to get me out the door, I took the day off work and I was more or less thrown out the door after about 10 minutes this is the worst experience I have ever had with so called professionals Shocking behaviour
