I regret to say that my experience with Resolve Home Energy has been extremely disappointing. For over a year, I've been trying to get them to address several issues with my solar panels and water booster. Unfortunately, my solar panels have stopped heating water completely, and the water booster has been nonfunctional for just as long. I am very impressed with the service provided by Resolve. Simple and non-salesy quote provided for solar and 10kw battery, with various options costed. Price was good, and the fact there was no deposit to pay up front took the risk out of any installation or snagging items, etc. George and Ian were in communication throughout the short lead time, and when coordinating the scaffold, delivery, installation, commissioning and a couple of minor issues in updating the firmware for the battery. From start to finish, Resolve Home Energy made our solar installation process smooth and hassle-free. Initially, I got a quote from another company that said they could only fit 13 panels on my roof. We now have our second instalment of solar panels provided by Resolve Home Energy Ltd together with our updated inverter which is now controllable via my phone app. I have limited mobility, and this has made a huge difference in being able to fully control the system, from the comfort of my chair in our lounge. Resolve were excellent from start to finish; I recommend them without reservation. Ours was a relatively complex domestic job, involving the removal of existing, redundant solar-thermal panels, reroofing and retiling where those panels had been, then setting up a sizeable (5KW+) PV system.
