Bad communicators all the way through, from start to finish. Move-in was chaos, and had to hassle them for issues such as giving us a timeline for information, sending us the correct contract and giving us the correct move-in time. We allegedly had a property manager (Lauren) but got passed around to so many people that it was confusing as to who was actually responsible for what. If you need an urgent repair, they are mostly fine, but anything less than a hot water or heating outage will get flat-out ignored. Waited 3 month... read more

She made everything incredibly easy to navigate and was friendly, approachable, and accommodating throughout.
